Ginny began her Real Estate career in 1997 as a licensed sales agent in Indiana. In 2002 she became a licensed broker in Michigan. Through the years she has achieved many designations, such as, GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) in 2002, ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) in 2003, and a QSC (Quality Service Certification) in 2009. In 2010 she became an Indiana broker. Prior to her choosing Real Estate, she raised two children and worked as a substitute teacher in middle schools. In 1979, she and her husband founded a manufacturing firm and taught themselves every aspect of the business form machining through management. The firm continues to flourish under new ownership. The skills she acquired-patience, tenacity, and attention to detail have transitioned very well into her new career. Having lived in the beach areas of Michigan City and New Buffalo her whole life, Ginny is familiar with the nuances of each community-Beverly Shores, Sheridan Beach, Long Beach, Duneland Beach, Michiana and Harbor Country. As an avid sportswoman, Ginny takes advantage of all the diverse activities that the area offers. She boards her horse at Red Arrow Stables and is often seen riding bareback through the woods. She also enjoys playing golf, biking country roads, and swimming in Lake Michigan. Ginny is an excellent guide to all the lifestyle opportunities in this remarkable part of the world. She is considerate, diligent, trust worthy and her clients and colleagues have said, "If there were a real estate award for Ms. Congeniality, it would go to Ginny Winn"
